Each format is sifted and pressed traditionally, then brought to its final cannabinoid content with T9HC. The press method is the craft — the cannabinoid is what makes it legal to sell.

Short answer: hashish made from hemp can be ordered legally in Germany. Hashish made from cannabis cannot. The difference is what is in it, not what it is called.

Since April 2024, consumer cannabis in Germany has been governed by the Konsumcannabisgesetz (KCanG). Hemp-derived products stay outside it as long as total THC, calculated as THC plus 0.877 × THCA, remains under 0.3%.
